Fimar is the first brand born within the group in 1979, founded by Oriano Tamburini. After several years working with his father-in-law in a small precision workshop for third parties, Tamburini decided to establish a new company dedicated to manufacturing food preparation machines.

The first machine designed and produced by Fimar in 1979 was the meat grinder, which is now available in various sizes, combined with a grater or in its latest refrigerated version. Fimar-branded equipment is manufactured in Italy, catering to the needs of restaurants, butcher shops, bars, cafeterias, supermarkets, and professional operations.
